The Ultima Watch Magic Pro and Ultima Watch Circle offer solid designs and vibrant displays, though prone to scratches and slippery straps. Battery life lasts around 4 days, with the Circle offering 3.5 days with its always-on display. Both support health tracking and Bluetooth calling, with the Circle featuring menstrual cycle tracking. Ultima Lifestyle started in 2011 selling phone batteries and became very successful, owning more than 70% of its market. Now, they sell more things like earbuds, speakers, and chargers. They’ve even made affordable smartwatches called Ultima Watch Magic Pro for Rs 3,699 and Ultima Watch Circle for Rs. 4,999 in Nepal. We’ll review these watches’ looks, how they feel to use, how long their batteries last, and how well they work. Let’s begin.
Ultima Watch Magic Pro and Ultima Watch Circle Review
Design & Built
The Ultima Watch Magic Pro and Ultima Watch Circle both have frames made of zinc alloy and a plastic base, which tend to get scratched easily in my experience. They come with silicone straps that are comfortable but can slip out of the strap holder sometimes because silicone tends to be slippery. Overall, considering the price, the design and build quality are pretty decent.
Display
The Ultima Magic Pro has a 1.96-inch LCD screen that handles colors well, and it shows black labels clearly. On the other hand, the Ultima Watch Circle features a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen that excels in displaying both colors and black labels. The Watch Circle also boasts a brighter screen compared to the Magic Pro.
Despite their differences, both smartwatches offer decent visibility outdoors. They both exhibit slight animation glitches but have responsive touchscreens for smooth interaction. They have IP68 water resistance, but the company advises against wearing them while swimming. However, I’ve used them in the shower and while doing laundry without any problems.
Battery
When it comes to battery life, both of them need about 1 hour and 20 minutes, it can last comfortably for around 4 days on a single charge. However, the Ultima Circle has an always-on display feature, which, when turned on, can last for approximately 3 and a half days. The battery backup seems decent to me. For charging, the device comes with a Pokopin charger.
Extra Features
Both of the smartwatches support features like oxygen monitoring, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and many other features. However, in budget watches, relying solely on apps for oxygen and heart rate monitoring may not be very reliable. If the technology used is not advanced enough, these apps may not provide accurate data. Surprisingly, I found the sleep-tracking feature to work well in both watches.
Although I can’t say exactly, it seems to provide fairly accurate results, especially in the Ultima Circle compared to the Ultima Magic Pro. Additionally, both watches often come with 100+ sports modes, allowing users to track various activities like running, cycling, and even caloric burn, oxygen rate monitoring, and heart rate monitoring, making them quite versatile.
The watches can make Bluetooth calls, and they have good sound quality for both talking and listening, resulting in making your calls clear and easy to hear. Ultima Circle has the menstrual cycle setting, but there is no such option in Ultima Magic Pro.
Gaming & Water Draining Options
You can play games in Ultima Magic Althought I wouldn’t know cause I didn’t know how to play this game and the Watch Circle doesn’t have any game options. When water gets into the Dubai watch, there’s an option for water drainage which helps to remove any water that has entered the watch, ensuring it functions properly even after encountering a little water.
Find My Phone
Both Ultima Watch Magic Pro and Ultima Watch Circle have an option to find your phone. Sometimes, you might forget where you’ve kept your mobile, and it feels like it’s somewhere nearby, but you can’t find the exact spot. At times like these, this feature can help you locate your mobile by making it ring, which makes it easier to find.
Conclusion
In conclusion, both Ultima Watch Magic Pro and Ultima Watch Circle watch offer decent design and features such as Bluetooth calling and health monitoring, the Ultima Circle stands out with its menstrual cycle tracking feature. Despite minor drawbacks like potential scratches on the frame and slippery straps, these watches provide good value for their price.
