Now, speaking of these earbuds, the sound, battery backup, build quality, and connectivity are the best. So before starting our review, let me share the latest Ultima Atom 320 Price in Nepal, which is Rs 2,199.
Ultima Atom 320 Review
Packaging
The products are packaged in a box style with Ultima branding, showcasing highlighted features. Upon opening, you’ll discover paperwork, an earbud case, ear tips, and a charging cable inside.
Design
When it comes to discussing the earbuds case, it has a standard design with a glossy finish, which makes it a bit of a fingerprint magnet, requiring regular cleaning. This case may feature the Ultima branding on the front and a USB Type-C charging port along with an indicator light at the bottom. Speaking of the hinge, it feels durable to me.
As for the earbuds themselves, they are comfortable for long-term use. Additionally, these earbuds come with an IPX5 water resistance rating, making them suitable for use during activities like hiking and workouts. However, I wouldn’t recommend using them for swimming or in heavy rain.
Features
The buds come with normal features like song play/pause, previous/next, call answer/reject, voice assistant activation, and low latency mode which is used by single tap, double tap, or long press. It has come with features like ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology and Instant Wake and Pair (IWP). Now, this ENC technology works to clear background voices, improving call quality by filtering out various noises. However, it doesn’t remove all noises, but it does a good job of reducing many types of noise.
So, call quality is greatly improved in my experience. These earbuds don’t have dedicated ENC for music, but ENC is enabled by default for calls. Additionally, they offer a gaming mode with a latency of 60 milliseconds. If you’re a serious gamer, you might prefer wired earphones or headphones, but for casual gaming, you won’t really notice the 60 milliseconds latency.
Sound
Now, talking about the most important need for earbuds is their sound. The buds come with balanced bass and instrument separation. The high/low of the buds is also well-balanced. It has loud noise, but I have not had any issues like sound distortions during the testing period.
Connectivity
The Atom 320 buds have Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity, and I didn’t face any problems like voice breaks. They have a good range, and I didn’t feel much distortion while listening to calls or music. Also, the mic on these earbuds sounded decent. Now, you can decide after listening to this.
Battery & Durability
Ultima claims a 5.5-hour battery backup for these earbuds at 60% volume, but in our usage, we’ve consistently achieved around 3.5 to 4 hours of continuous playback. However, this playback time can vary based on the user’s preferences. The case of these earbuds has a 300 mAh battery capacity, which can charge the earbuds from 0 to 100% about 2 to 3 times on a full charge.
As for durability, during our testing period, we subjected these earbuds to multiple physical stress tests, and so far, they haven’t faced any significant issues or damage. Therefore, it’s safe to say that these earbuds are indeed durable.
Conclusion
In conclusion, The Ultima Atom 320 buds have impressive sound quality, battery backup, and durability, without encountering any major issues so far. If you’re looking for earbuds in the Rs 2,500 price range, this could be a good choice.
