Realme’s GT 3 offers 240W rapid charging, which incorporates technological advancements seen in the GT Neo 5, such as a special 12A charging cable and a 240W dual GaN mini charger.
It uses a three-way 100W charge pump parallel design to convert 20V/12A power to 10V/24A, and has a 4,600mAh battery with three separate battery cells, resulting in a charging conversion rate of up to 98.5%.
The 240W charger has 13 real-time sensors and safe components and has been certified by TÜV Rheinland. The device has a claimed 1,600 recharge cycle lifespan and does not have a second 150W variant with a larger battery.

Camera
The camera system of the device comprises three sensors. The primary sensor is a 50MP 1/1.56′′ Sony IMX890 sensor, which has an f/1.9 lens aperture and OIS, providing superior performance compared to other devices. The next sensor in the setup is an 8MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture, offering a 112 FOV, followed by a 2MP closeup lens.
On the front, there is a 16MP Samsung sensor located in the punch-hole display, which can be used for taking selfies and video chats.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 5G processor is used in both the GT3 and the GT Neo 5, which is a powerful 4nm SoC manufactured by TSMC. It includes a 3.19GHz Cortex-X2 core, three 2.75GHz Cortex-A710 cores, and four 1.80GHz Cortex-A510 cores.
Realme has also utilized a considerable amount of graphene phase-change cooling material, covering 6,580 sq. mm of the phone’s surface, 61.5% of which covers the battery. This ensures that the phone remains cool while charging at 240W and maintains stability during heavy-duty activities such as gaming.
Realme UI 4.0, a custom skin based on Android 13, is included in the phone, providing new icons, card layouts, and Always on Display (AOD) designs. Dynamic Computing Engine has been used by the company to enhance efficiency and balance.
