Huawei goes official with two new laptops from its MateBook series. The MateBook 16s and MateBook D16.

Huawei MateBook 16s Overview
The MateBook 16s is comprised of two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one USB-C, one Thunderbolt 4, one HDMI, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Likewise, there is also a fingerprint scanner for biometrics. It also supports 10-point multi-touch.
Design and Display
The laptop comes with a 16.0-inch IPS screen resolution of 2520 x 1680 pixels, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and a 90% screen-to-body ratio while offering 300 nits of brightness along with support for a 100% sRGB color gamut.

It is 351 mm tall and 17.8 mm thick, weighing 1.99 kg (4.39 Pounds). Likewise, the laptop is a metallic build with a smooth matte finish across the chassis and it is only available in Space Grey.

The MateBook 16s runs on two Alder Lake series chipsets, Core i5-12500H and i9-12900H. Moreover, it relies on the integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics.
It is powered by an 84Wh battery while charging with a 135W.

The MateBook D16 has a 16-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, a maximum brightness of 300 nits, and 100% sRGB coverage. It has 16GB RAM with 512GB storage and a 60Wh battery that comes with 65W charger support.
