Despite being made of plastic, the Honor X5 has an appealing appearance. The phone features a leather-textured design on the rear, which provides a better grip and prevents fingerprints and smudges. It has a weight of 192 grams and a thickness of 8.92 millimeters, which are not particularly heavy or bulky.
It is available in three color options: Sunrise Orange, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black. However, only the latter two colors are currently available in Nepal.
The front of the phone has a 6.5-inch TFT LCD screen with HD resolution, but it does not have a higher refresh or touch sampling rate, which is typical for budget devices. Additionally, there is a water-drop notch on the front.

Performance
In terms of performance, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 processor, which is built using 12nm fabrication technology. The processor is an octa-core CPU that includes four Cortex-A53 (@2.0GHz) and four Cortex-A53 (@1.5GHz) cores. It also comes with an IMG GE8320 GPU, which is a capable graphics processor.
Along with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, users can expand the storage capacity with an SD card. Honor has pre-installed Android 12 Go-Edition on this device.
Camera & Other Features
For optics, it has a single rear camera with 8 MP and an aperture of f/2.0, while the front-facing camera has 5 MP and an aperture of f/2.2. Both cameras can record up to 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Fueling the device is a 5000mAh battery that supports Bluetooth 5.1 and only one 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band for connectivity. Additionally, face unlock is the only security feature since there is no fingerprint sensor available.
