There are lots of Great Apps with millions of downloads on the Play Store that you might have been using to get most out of your smartphones and to ease your work but there are few apps which could help you to get even more out of your smartphone but they are still unknown to many of us. In this article, I will be suggesting a few of the Best Android Apps which are quite famous among the Android users but they are still unknown to many of us.
Trusted Contacts
This app was developed by the search giant Google to make people safe in the dicey situations. Trusted Contacts app is a location sharing app similar to the Find My Friend app for iOS devices which lets you share your location with your friends, relatives, and loved ones. All you have to do is add people as trusted contacts through your mobile contact list or through the email. After you successfully add the contacts as a trusted contact you can share your location with them in real time. The contacts which you add as trusted ones are able to request you to share your location with them and if you are unable to respond to that request the app automatically shares your location with all of your trusted ones. Although you can share your location by using other apps like Viber, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and much more but the dedicated app like Trusted Contacts from Google is more productive in comparison to other location sharing apps as it gives more accurate location and comes with quite handy features in an emergency.
Snapseed
With huge varieties of the photo editing app in the Play Store, it is difficult for anyone to find the app which can do more than just adding basic filters in the photos. In this huge ocean of apps, I found Snapseed a year ago and since then I have been using Snapseed as the primary photo editing app and I can easily say this app is the Photoshop alternative for smartphones. This app gives all the basic options to the users for controlling the exposure, colour, reshaping and masking tools and much more. The best thing about this app is that all the changes made in the photos are saved in the layers so the user can simply edit or delete the layer and can do experiments with a photo without worrying about losing the original photo or damaging the photo in any way as all the changes are reversible.
Camera FV-5
There will always be some limitation in the smartphone cameras and even if the manufacturers try to remove the limitation, it gets very expensive and most of the consumer won’t be able to afford the smartphone. Camera FV-5 is an app that tries to reduce the limitation by providing lots of DSLR type features to most smartphones. The app provides great features to the user to get most out their smartphone cameras and some of its awesome features are Exposure Control, ISO control, Shutter Speed control, White Balance, Light Metering Mode and much more. The app is listed as a premium app in the Play Store but the lite version of this app is free and comes with many of the basic features that can help you to take great photos from your smartphone camera.
Pulsar Music Player
There are many music player apps online that you may have used but the Pulsar Music Player is one of a kind application. It is completely free and comes with the Material Design which looks great and is packed with great features. Pulsar Music Player helps you to manage your songs by artist, album, generic or folder and automatically syncs the missing albums/artist images. Along with that, the app has a built-in search functionality and a home screen widget that can be used on the home screen of your Android device.
If you did not like the app interface then it can easily be changed with different themes available right on the app. One of the best features of this phone, basically which I liked the most is the sleep timer feature which automatically puts the app in the sleep mode and another cool thing about the app is that it supports almost all the audio formats like mp3, wav, aac, ogg, flac and much more.
You can easily unlock more features in the app by simply upgrading to the pro version of the app.
File Manager
File Manager is a File Managing Application developed by ASUS, a world-renowned Tech industry. The application comes with great features which work seamlessly and has an easy and well-designed user interface. The app has basic features like moving, sharing and deleting the files and a bit advanced features like compressing & extracting ohe files and streaming the files directly from the cloud to the file manager. The best feature of this application is that it allows the user to wirelessly transfer files between the computer and the smartphone which is very useful and saves a lot of your time.
ColorNote Notepad Notes
ColorNote is a great note-taking application with a simple user interface and handy features. This application allows a user to set different colour to the list of the notes taken over a different period of time and also allows the users to set a reminder on the notes. Moreover, this application has other features like
- Protecting the notes with password
- Backing up the notes
- Using the ColorNote Widget to show notes on the main screen
- Sharing Notes using different methods
