The Vivo X Flip is named for its clamshell design and is available in three colors: Ling Purple, Silk Gold, and Diamond Black. It weighs 198 grams and is 8.19mm thick when opened.
The primary display is a 6.74-inch FHD+ LTPO OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and uses UTG-strong glass to prevent creases. The latest 2023 launched Vivo phones are Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro.
What sets the Vivo X Flip apart from other clamshell smartphones? Is its 3-inch AMOLED cover display, which includes a camera island on top. The rear panel has a horizontal screen that extends from left to right with a resolution of 682 × 422 pixels.

Performance
It is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, whereas the Vivo X Fold+ gets Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The X Flip Chip is a 4nm 5G chipset with an Octa-core CPU that includes a prime Cortex X2 operating at 3.0GHz, three Cortex-A710 cores running at 2.5GHz, and four Cortex-A510 cores functioning at 1.80GHz. The Adreno 730 handles the GPU side.
For storage, also has up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage and 12GB of RAM. The operating system for the X Flip is OriginOS 3, which is based on Android 13.
Cameras
Featuring a dual camera setup, it has a primary lens with a 50MP Sony IMX866 sensor and OIS, as well as a 12MP IMX663 ultrawide sensor. Both cameras feature Zeiss branding, which is also present on other Vivo flagship models. Which is accompanied by a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies.
