Nokia has made sustainability a key focus in the design of the X30 5G. The phone’s metal frame is made entirely of recycled aluminum, while 65% of the material used in the plastic rear is also recycled.
Additionally, the phone comes in FSC-certified packaging made of 94% recycled paper. The phone features a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and FHD+ resolution. The maximum brightness of the screen is 700 nits, with an average brightness of 450 nits.

Performances
The X30 5G is equipped with a Snapdragon 695 processor which, while not the most powerful on the market, is sufficient for the phone’s needs. The phone is available in two memory configurations: 6/128GB and 8/256 GB.
HMD Global is offering a 3-3-3 commitment, which includes three years of OS and security patch upgrades and a three-year warranty for the X30 5G.
Its primary camera features a 50MP sensor with OIS and 4-in-1 pixel binning, while the secondary camera is a 13MP ultrawide with a 123-degree field of view. The rear camera module is protected by Gorilla Glass DX+. The front-facing camera is a 16MP sensor with 4-in-1 pixel binning, located in a hole punch on the screen.

The phone comes with a 4,200mAh battery and 33W fast charging. The company claims that the battery will maintain most of its capacity even after 800 cycles. Along with a face unlock feature and an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.
It supports 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and an IR blaster. The device is IP67 rated for dust and water resistance to increase durability and sustainability.
